We run our own parts centre, which is packed with...

- parts that we have had re-manufactured
- re-furbished items
- suitable alternative replacement parts where this has become necessary
We also stock a range of replacement panels and other metal worked parts which John has made to a very exacting standard.
How to order parts
- Identify the part(s) you require on our parts list.
- If you are ordering panels, download our panel diagram to help you identify the panels you require.
- Phone MG Specialists with your order.
- Written orders must be written clearly and must include your full name, address and telephone number, otherwise there will be a massive delay in despatch. Thank you in advance for your cooperation with this requirement.
- Include the chassis number of your car with your order.
- State whether the car is left hand drive or right hand drive.
- If we have already provided you with a quote, please resend with your order the list of parts you require.
- Please do contact us if you require any further information or assistance with identifying parts.
- If you need parts to be delivered to a destination outside of Europe you will need to arrange your own carriage.
Panel orders
All panels are made to order, so we require payment with your order. We charge extra for carriage of panels.
We regret that we cannot export panels unless you arrange the carriage.
Conditions of Sale
Payments
- All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
- Payment within the UK can be made by cash, cheque, or direct bank transfer
- International payments can be made by direct bank transfer only.
Return of goods
- Goods may be returned only by agreement with MG Specialists
- All returns must be clearly labelled with the sender's name and address.
Payment
- Goods correctly supplied are not provided on a sale or return basis without prior arrangements
- Goods will remain our property until full payment is made. We reserve the right to charge interest on outstanding amounts above current lending rates.
- Payment is on receipt of the parts, except if you are ordering panels, for which we require payment in advance.
- The amount payable will include a charge for postage and packaging.
- You can pay by cheque. Cheques for panels should be made out to J.Shorten. Cheques for all other parts should be made out to P. Martin.
Unit of issue
All prices quoted on the parts list are for a single unit unless stated.
'Exchange' indicates that the part being replaced must be supplied to us for reconditioning. All exchange units carry a surcharge until the old units have been sent to us. Please return items as soon as possible as many parts can no longer be replaced. If old parts are not available for reconditioning, they will soon run out.
Exchange items will not be accepted without an external label showing the name and address of the sender.
